About WordPress block editor and its shortcuts
The WordPress block editor treats a post as a stack of blocks, and its shortcuts follow that model: inserting and duplicating blocks, moving them up and down, selecting a whole block rather than the text inside it, and switching between the visual and code views. Its own help panel lists them, which is a shortcut worth knowing on its own.
This is a web editor, so the browser keeps some combinations. Blocks supplied by plugins can add their own behaviour, and the editor has changed substantially across WordPress releases.
