Reporting a shortcut that is wrong
Use the report a correction form instead of email. It sends the exact record you are looking at, which makes the correction much faster to check.
Tell us the application, the version, your operating system, the keys you expected and the keys that actually worked. A link to the official documentation helps most of all.
What else to write about
- An application you would like added to the catalog.
- A question about how a record was sourced, or about a review date.
- Accessibility problems. These are treated as faults, not as suggestions.
- Privacy requests, including asking what data is held about you.
- Trademark, copyright and takedown notices.
- Advertising, sponsorship and other business enquiries.
