About Adobe Premiere Pro and its shortcuts

Premiere Pro is built for editing with both hands on the keyboard: selecting and trimming clips, moving between edit points, marking in and out, and switching tools without leaving the timeline. Learning the tool letters and the trim commands is what separates a slow edit from a fast one.

Premiere ships alternative keyboard layouts that imitate other editing systems, and every binding is remappable from a visual keyboard map. Adobe documents Windows and Mac lists separately.
