About Microsoft Outlook and its shortcuts

Outlook is mail, calendar, contacts and tasks in one window, and its keyboard layout reflects that: one group of commands switches between those areas, another acts on whatever is selected inside them. For people who live in a full inbox, the value is in the triage commands that move, flag, file and reply without ever reaching for a pointer.

There are effectively three Outlooks now: the classic desktop client, the new Outlook for Windows, and Outlook on the web. They do not share one shortcut list, and Microsoft documents them separately. The web version also offers alternative key sets you can switch between in its settings.
