About Mattermost and its shortcuts
Mattermost is the self-hosted alternative to the big chat tools, and its keyboard follows the same shape: channel switching, navigating unread conversations, searching, and editing your last message. Teams that run it tend to be keyboard-minded, and the application rewards that.
Because installations are self-hosted, versions vary widely and a server can be years behind the current documentation. The desktop and browser clients also differ in what they can claim.
