About Inkscape and its shortcuts
Inkscape is free vector drawing, and its keyboard is deeper than most people expect: tools on single keys, precise object transforms, node editing, alignment and the XML editor. The transform commands are what make it usable for technical drawing rather than only illustration.
Inkscape exposes its full keyboard configuration and ships alternative sets that imitate other vector tools. Version 1.x moved several commands, so an older installation can disagree.
