About ChromeOS and its shortcuts
ChromeOS is a browser that became an operating system, and its keyboard shows that history: window and desk management sit alongside commands that would be browser commands anywhere else. Its launcher key does the work a Windows key or Command key does elsewhere, and the built-in shortcut viewer is genuinely good.
Chromebook keyboards differ from PC ones, with a search or launcher key where caps lock usually sits and a top row of dedicated keys rather than function keys, so a combination written for Windows rarely transfers unchanged.
