About CapCut and its shortcuts
CapCut grew up as a mobile editor and brought a deliberately small keyboard to the desktop: split, delete, undo, playback and moving along the timeline. That smallness is the point, and it makes the handful of commands worth learning immediately.
CapCut changes quickly and its desktop and web versions do not always match. Some commands appear only when a clip is selected on the timeline rather than in the media panel.
