To make the text superscript in Evernote, press Ctrl + Shift + Up arrow. It is listed for Windows, and no Mac version is documented here.
Where it works: Editing a note
The Mac combination on Evernote's page ends in a plus sign that cannot be stored safely, so no Mac row is shown.
